Last Wednesday, we had our October Terrific Ten luncheon!

Who are the Terrific Ten?

As part of a Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) initiative throughout the district, Superintendent Eileen Chen has a reward called the Terrific Ten Superintendent's Luncheon. 

Every month, two students from each school are selected based on their positive behavior and have a catered lunch with the Superintendent at the District Office.  These ten students are the Terrific Ten!

Bell Avenue School : Audrina & Manuel

Glenwood Elementary School : Aasmar & Greidys

Main Avenue Elementary : Naiara & Josephine

Robla Elementary School : Marissa & Issac

Taylor Street Elementary School K-6 : Lynnaea & Allison

Did you know, that each month, a special guest joins out Terrific 10? The special guest is usually a principal, Robla district administrator or community partner, or Robla school board member! This month our Terrific Ten special guest was, Dr. Lisa Cardoza, President of American River College and the featured guest speaker at the upcoming Latin Heritage Month Parent Empowerment Dinner.
